An Official Trip to Sydney

Zurich Australia have had successes in the SME segment for many years. The fact that they were voted by the National Insurance Brokers Association ( NIBA ) for two years in a row speaks for itself. Zurich Malaysia had ambition to harness this segment and it is only logical that we make a trip to Sydney to study the model implemented in Australia. We came away impress with what we saw. It is a fast flow model with a dynamic automated system at the core supported by an Express team on the same platform. Australia had offered assistance in doing a study with a suitable recommendation which they subsequently did. Today, we had successfully roll out that model, thanks to Australia.
The pictures below is just to document our visit that was made from 29.9.2013 to 4.10.2013.

Ferry service is a common means of transportation to places situated around the inland waterways.
Sydney's location has many residences and office around the waterways.
 The ferry ride is comfortable.
 And the view is fantastic.
Tourist and daily commuters use it.
You have the view of the Sydney Opera House.
And the Sydney bridge adjacent to it.
We took our ferry from Circular Quay
 And was headed towards Manly.
It's a cool and breezy cruise.
We were greeted with an overcast sky at Manly.
We went into a shop to get some souvenirs for friends and colleagues.
There's a lot to choose from.
It was still raining but we had to leave after having lunch at Manly.
 Back to Circular Quay.

We had lunch at a food court at the mall inside Tower building.
Waiting for the food to arrive can be a sleepy experience.

Sydney is indeed a beautiful trip. There is more to see than just one day but this official trip give us a glimpse of what Sydney has to offer.
I'll be back for sure to spend a longer time here. To enjoy Sydney, it has to be on personal trip.
